McLaren Construction Group has been awarded by Firethorn Trust, an investor, and developer, a contract to build the Sherburn42 development in Leeds.
The project involves construction of a 660,000 square feet of logistics warehousing in West Yorkshire. The project will sit on a 37-acre site adjacent to the Sherburn Enterprise Park in Leeds. It is set to be built to net-zero carbon standards with an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating.

Sherburn42 development will feature four high-spec Grade-A units ranging in size from 57,750 to 280,000 square feet. The project is slated for completion by Q4 2023.
