Organisations across the Middle East and Africa have just two weeks left to showcase their innovation and operational excellence by entering the prestigious 2026 Supply Chain Excellence Awards MEA.
The Awards will return to Abu Dhabi on 11 May 2026, hosted at the luxurious Rosewood Abu Dhabi.
Now in its second year, the Awards have become the ultimate platform for celebrating industry leadership, transformative projects, and best-in-class supply chain performance.
From healthcare and FMCG to retail, telecoms, logistics, and academia, the Awards honour initiatives that are shaping the future of the region’s supply chains.
Last year, more than 70 organisations submitted over 100 entries, with 19 winners emerging across a wide range of sectors. This year promises to be even bigger, with entries welcome from end-user organisations as well as 3PLs, technology providers, and consultancies. The deadline to submit is 16 January 2026, giving companies a last chance to shine on the regional stage.
The programme spans 21 award categories, covering everything from sector-specific achievements to excellence in ports, free zones, logistics, technology, and strategic supply chain transformation.
Reflecting the evolving needs of the industry, the 2026 edition introduces two exciting new categories: the Future-Focused Supply Chain Excellence Award and the Cold Chain Logistics Award, recognising forward-thinking strategies and temperature-controlled logistics innovations.
All submissions will be evaluated by a panel of distinguished industry leaders, including:
- Bassem Salama, Procurement Director, Americana Foods
- Dimitris Petridis, Arabia Planning Head, Lipton Teas and Infusions
- Helen Sisay, Pharmaceuticals Supply Chain Director, Raz Medical Company
- Ramy Gomaa, Supply Chain Director, Procter & Gamble
- Zyad Khan, Associate Director – Procurement & Contracts, Dubai World Trade Centre
This panel brings deep expertise across FMCG, healthcare, manufacturing, food production, and regional trade, ensuring each entry is judged with the highest standards of excellence.
Meanwhile, the wider logistics and supply chain industry in the region continues to see dynamic developments. From DHL’s €300 million+ investment in Sub-Saharan Africa to expansions in cold chain infrastructure and e-commerce logistics, 2026 is shaping up to be a transformative year for supply chain operations.
Analysts are also watching global shipping trends closely, with container markets expected to face volatility, making strategic planning more crucial than ever.
With the clock ticking, organisations that want to gain recognition, inspire the industry, and showcase their supply chain leadership must act fast.
The 2026 Supply Chain Excellence Awards MEA offer an unparalleled opportunity to celebrate success, innovation, and operational brilliance.
Submit your entry by 16 January 2026 to join the region’s most exciting supply chain celebration at the Rosewood Abu Dhabi on 11 May 2026.
