A Strategic, Sustainable Boost for Regional Logistics
Third-party logistics leader CEVA Logistics has officially opened a new warehouse in the Dubai South Free Zone, marking a major expansion of its contract logistics footprint in the United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf Cooperation Council region.
Announced on Thursday, January 15, the new facility places CEVA at the heart of one of the Middle East’s most critical logistics and trade corridors.
Spanning 23,000 square metres, the multi-user warehouse has been purpose-built to handle high-volume operations with speed and flexibility. The facility features 20-metre-high ceilings, enabling optimal storage density and efficient inventory management for a wide range of industries.
Sustainability is a key pillar of the project. The warehouse integrates energy efficient LED lighting, dedicated waste recycling stations, and 1,600 square metres of solar panels, underscoring CEVA Logistics’ commitment to environmentally responsible operations while supporting customers’ ESG objectives.

The facility was rapidly operationalised in just a few weeks in response to urgent customer demand. It is already processing more than 30,000 units per day, highlighting CEVA’s agility and ability to scale logistics solutions quickly in fast moving markets.
With Dubai South serving as a gateway linking air, sea and land transport networks, the new warehouse strengthens CEVA Logistics’ ability to deliver responsive, high performance supply chain solutions across the UAE and throughout the GCC, reinforcing the company’s position as a leading logistics partner in the region.
