Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has launched a nationwide call for experienced entrepreneurs to join its distribution network, offering 100 strategic distributor opportunities across key regions of the country.
The initiative forms part of CCBSA’s ongoing drive to strengthen in-market execution, improve product availability and empower local business owners who play a critical role in the beverage value chain. Opportunities are available in Gauteng, Limpopo, the Free State (Bloemfontein), Mpumalanga, the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal.
Selected entrepreneurs will operate independently, managing full warehouse and distribution functions within designated territories. This includes overseeing logistics, fleet operations and service delivery to ensure Coca-Cola products consistently reach retailers and consumers efficiently.
Kooglan Naidu, CCBSA’s country lead for traditional trade, said the programme reflects the company’s commitment to building strong, locally rooted distribution partnerships.
Our distribution model depends on capable entrepreneurs who understand their communities and can deliver consistently at scale,” said Naidu.
“By partnering with experienced operators, we are reinforcing service excellence while supporting sustainable business growth.”
To qualify, applicants must demonstrate proven entrepreneurial experience, strong knowledge of their local market and relevant industry expertise.
Operational requirements include ownership of a minimum fleet of five delivery trucks, access to a warehouse of at least 1,000 m², and the ability to operate articulated vehicles.
According to CCBSA, the distributor model not only enhances operational efficiency but also creates broader economic value through job creation, skills development and supplier opportunities within local economies.
“This is more than a distribution opportunity,” added a CCBSA spokesperson. “It’s a chance for entrepreneurs to build scalable businesses that contribute meaningfully to regional economic activity while working with one of the world’s most recognisable brands.”
Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their applications via the CCBSA Careers platform, clearly indicating their preferred area of operation in the subject line. Applications close on 16 January 2026.
