MIDA CEO Datuk Sikh Shamsul Ibrahim highlighted the logistics sector’s transformation into a center of innovation, crediting the proactive support provided by MIDA. DHL leaders echoed this sentiment, emphasizing Malaysia’s strategic advantages such as regional connectivity, strong infrastructure, and business-friendly policies.
Julian Neo of DHL Express stressed Malaysia’s appeal amid shifting global trade dynamics, while Mario Lorenz of DHL Supply Chain pointed to the company’s ongoing investment in warehouse expansion, including new facilities in Johor and Penang.
