Minister Al-Falah emphasized the center’s strategic role in boosting innovation, digital sovereignty, and technological capacity, noting that the initiative supports Morocco’s ambition to become a regional leader in digital development.
Located in the Casablanca-Settat region, the future hub will act as a cornerstone for research and development, public sector digitization, and the localization of AI solutions. The project is expected to create over 500 skilled jobs by 2029 and will bring together a broad coalition of public and private actors.
This partnership underlines Morocco’s commitment to a sustainable, competitive, and innovation-driven economy, leveraging technology to modernize industry and public services while investing in national human capital.
