Global telecommunications provider Orange has renewed its collaboration with Kuehne+Nagel for another three years to support its e-commerce logistics operations across France, Poland, and several African markets.

The long-standing partnership, which began in 2004, is centered around a dedicated logistics hub in the Paris region. This secure facility, covering 22,119 square meters and staffed by 150 employees, handles a full spectrum of supply chain services from storage and order processing to shipping, returns, and after-sales support  for Orange’s range of mobile phones, internet devices, and related accessories.

Eco-friendly innovations

Over time, the facility has integrated eco-friendly innovations, including smart packaging technologies that reduce environmental impact by optimizing box sizes and minimizing empty space during transport. Lionel Benezech, Supply Chain Director for Orange France, highlighted the value of the continued collaboration: “Kuehne+Nagel’s reliability and flexibility have enabled us to scale our operations and deliver faster, which are crucial for meeting rising customer expectations in e-commerce.”

Christophe Vandrome, National Contract Logistics Manager at Kuehne+Nagel France, commented: “Our relationship with Orange is built on mutual trust and adaptability. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made and remain focused on delivering even greater efficiency and customer satisfaction moving forward.”
